No Return Policy
All products and machines sold by AJ Polishing Machine are strictly non-returnable.
We do not accept returns for:
- Industrial polishing machines
- Grinding machines
- Deburring machines
- Abrasive products
- Customized machines
- Spare parts and accessories
Customers are requested to confirm specifications, dimensions, power requirements, and applications before placing an order.
No Refund Policy
All payments made to AJ Polishing Machine are non-refundable.
Once:
- The order is confirmed,
- Production/customization has started,
- Or the product is dispatched,
no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A physically damaged product during transport, or
- A wrong product due to our error,
you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Photos/videos of the product
- Packaging images
- Order details
After verification, we may provide:
- Replacement of the affected item, or
- Technical support assistance
Transport damage claims must be reported immediately to the transport/courier company as well.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
For customized or made-to-order machines:
- Advance payments are strictly non-refundable.
- Production charges, material costs, and labor charges are non-recoverable.

On-site service, installation, and training charges may apply separately.
